What happened
Employee had been disposing scrap of machine to waste bins and moving waste bins to disposal area inside the clean room. From the machine the scrap disposal requires bending to remove the container from the machine by pulling and pushing back the container when done. Weigth is not over 10lbs. For waste bin the process must be thru a wheel cart for a 25lbs container employee refers to never using the cart and sometimes filling the container to the double. Notifies that is has been an accumulation and it took place between the [REDACTED] closing her 3rd shift with high pain.
