What happened
Employee was working inside the Bulk Syringes Forming area in between [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] machines when stepped on the compressed air airline with their right foot causing it to slip and lose support. They continued working for another 30 minutes until the end of the shift notified both shift lead and supervisor and took care of their foot when getting home elevating it and applying a cold compress. The next day they felt better and arrived at work at [REDACTED] but the more they walked the more the pain increased and gradually they lost the ability to put weight on the foot. It was then that they contacted HSE to request support through a clinic.
