Pulling rubber mats on the back of a low boy trailer

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] hours affected employee was standing on a low-boy trailer (approximately 1 foot high from ground) moving 4 'x6 ' rubber mats by hand. He was in the process of dragging a mat while walking backwards. He went to move his foot from one beam to the next beam on the trailer and missed the beam falling backwards. The affected employee hit his left lower back on the side on the trailer beams. His hard had came off. The employee was wearing all required PPE for this task. The affected employee reported that his back was sore. APTIM ESH Manager contacted Core Health. The affected employee was escorted to urgent care for xray and evaluation.
