What happened
Team member stated she was loading clean totes onto the return line from a pallet of totes with an estimated height of 6 feet. Team member stated that she was grabbing the totes from the top of the stack with both hands. Team member had safety gloves on. Team member stated that she felt a sharp pain in her shoulder that did not allow her to reach any further. Team member stated that she proceeded to use her right arm but the pain proceeded to shoot across her arm.
