What happened
TM states that she was operating a reach in an aisle dismounted the reach to grab an empty pallet from an A level location. The TM dropped the pallet on her toe fell backwards and hit the back of her head. TM needed medical attention and an ambulance was called. She was transported to Norton Clark [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] followed and went to the hospital. She had family there so he left at that point.
