On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the team member was traveling eastbound on [REDACTED] state highway [REDACTED] toward [REDACTED] when the team members vehicle left the road and struck a power line pole. The team member was wearing a seatbelt but received a fractured nose sprained ankle sore back cuts and bruises.
