TM alleges that when they opened the trailer a tension bar was in place to keep a pallet from falling the pallet on the left side of the trailer was being held up by the tension bar. When they tried to remove the tension bar the pallet collapsed knocking the bar out of their hands and onto their foot causing a contusion on their left foot above the first toe.
