TM alleges he stopped his reach to pick some pieces of broken pallet off of the ground.

TM alleges he stopped his reach to pick some pieces of broken pallet off of the ground. He does not remember the aisle he was on. While taking his first step back on the reach he states his right foot slipped off causing his lowest rib on the right side to collide with the right corner of the reach near the entrance. TM states he kept working thinking it was not a serious injury. States when he arrived home he twisted to get out of his car and a sharp pain shot from his rib. TM states the pain makes it hard to take a deep breath or cough. TM reported the incident at [REDACTED] meeting and Medcore was called.
