What happened
The team member stated he was training a new employee at a customer location . While at the delivery location the trainer stationed himself on the edge of the liftgate while the trailer was docked. The trainer began his observation of the new employee performing work inside the trailer. While attempting to step off the liftgate and on to the dock area the trainer lost awareness of his placement on the liftgate causing him to fall.
