What happened
TM 1 stated that they were driving their walkie down aisle 22 on the front side passing an order picker that was elevated. They beeped their horn and passed by. Suddenly they heard oh no and a box fell hitting them on the head neck and shoulder.[REDACTED] stated that they were loading boxes onto a pallet on D level in aisle 22 when one of the boxes fell off the edge and struck another employee.TM 1 was driving a walkie in aisle 22 towards the receiving side of the warehouse. As they passed an elevated order picker [REDACTED] was pulling cases labeled [REDACTED] from location 2222DD0300 for replenishment. One of the cases slipped from [REDACTED] 's hand and fell onto TM 1. [REDACTED] checked on TM 1 to ensure they were okay. TM 1 confirmed they were fine and continued picking. [REDACTED] then informed a trainer about the incident who reported it to a supervisor.TM 1 was taken to the CARE room for evaluation and was given an ice pack. They were moved to light duty for the day.
