TM was sorting cases on the LUM dock.

TM stated that last [REDACTED] she was working in LUM sorting boxes on to pallets and at [REDACTED] she lifted a heavy surgical box and twisted her body after stepping to put the product onto a pallet. She lifted the box and felt a sharp pain in her lumbar region of her back. The pain continued after a full week and pain worsened overtime.
