TM stated he was completing [REDACTED] when he got something in his eye.

TM was doing reach putaway and traveling to next pallet to pick up when something flew into his eye. I [REDACTED] saw TM touching his eye and in discomfort they then came to the bullpen. We then grabbed an eye was bottle and attempted to remove object. That did not work so we went over to the eye wash station to try and flush out. Still did not work so we called Medcore after.
