What happened
Driver climbed into the back of the trailer from ground level to retrieve his paperwork out of the back of the trailer. As he was climbing back down out of the trailer he was closing the door at the same time by holding on to the door strap. His hand slipped off the door strap and he fell to the ground. He landed on his left foot but his leg gave out and he went to the ground hitting his left leg and knee on the ground. He has pain in his left knee when walking or bending at knee.
