On [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED] TM was struck by a glad hand or clipboard while opening DD25 to load. TM stated he had a bad headache. TM was taken to the care room where they were given an ice pack to apply to their head. TM refused ibuprofen on site and stated they would take some when they arrived home. TM went home for the day and will update me in the morning on how they are feeling.
