While performing picking duties at [REDACTED] the employee reported twisting her ankle on the step area and subsequently fell onto her lower back buttocks. The ankle began to swell immediately. First Aid was administrated on site and the employee was given a bag with basic supplies. The employee mentioned previously injured the same ankle at home [REDACTED]. The employee was excused and send home for the day. Follow-up contact will be made to check on her condition.
