Before the incident
TM was coming back from break and was going to utilize the computer at dock door [REDACTED] when they noticed another TM using it so TM pivoted to their right to utilize the mobile cart that was staged on the other side of dock door [REDACTED].
What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] team member was coming back from break and was going to utilize the computer at dock [REDACTED] 92 when they noticed another team member using it so TM pivoted to their right to utilize the mobile cart that was staged on the other side of dock [REDACTED] 92. When TM took a step their foot landed between the floor and the dock plate that was uneven at the time and rolled their right ankle. Supervisor was notified immediately. Supervisor assessed the TM and called onsite DPT for assistance with a wheelchair. TM was given ice for pain. [REDACTED] was called and TM was advised by medical nurse to be seen at the clinic.
