TM was unloading a floor to ceiling trailer load.
What happened
At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] started to unload a floor load trailer at door 103. [REDACTED] was not able to attach the dock plate to the trailer due to some boxes blocking the end of the trailer. At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] stepped on top of some boxes to remove a box from the very top layer of the floor loaded truck. [REDACTED] pulled the box out of the top layer but lost his footing. As he came down his leg fell through the space between the dock floor and the trailer. [REDACTED] had not yet attached the dock plate.
