Unloading a trailer of returned totes and U-Boats

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] an incident occurred involving a team member hired on [REDACTED]. The team member was working in the LUM department at the time of the incident which occurred in [REDACTED]. The injury affected the fingers on the right side. The team member stated: Totes on truck 34 were stacked to high and leaning so I went to fix it. When I adjusted the totes fell back into place but my fingers got caught in between. First aid was provided. [REDACTED] was called Ref : 1993-WC-25-0301415. The team member was not able to return to normal duties and did seek medical treatment.
