Throwing away trash in breakroom
What happened
TM states while on my final break in the shipping breakroom I was throwing away my trash when I unknowingly stepped in a puddle of water by the ice machine. This caused my right knee to give way causing me to fall on my back and twisting my right wrist. TM was brought to the care room and an icepack was applied to the right knee. After about 15 minutes TM was sent home to self-treat per TM request.
