He was picking some boxes and he didn 't know what happened and his back started to hurt.

Team Member came and said his back was hurting and ask for pain meds. I told him we could not give him any. On a follow up later in the night he said he had taken some pain medicine. I asked him if he was ok to continue working or needed to leave. He said he would push through. Upon further conversation he said he was picking some boxes and he didn 't know what happened and his back started to hurt. He insisted on staying at work I gave him some extra 15 minute breaks to go and use the massage chair in the employee lounge. Near the end of the nigh he still mentioned it hurt so I sent him home.
