Placing cables on spoolers

The associate was running the cables into the spooler when due to the rain one of the wheels began to slip and would not continue to catch the spool wheel the associate put his hand above the spooling motor to make the spool begin to catch but when it did the piece caught his right index finger between the motor and the wheel causing a deep cut and break on his finger.
