Carrying a case of 1 Quart containers of Urethane Catalyst.

The employee left the paint storage and came into the main building carrying a case of [REDACTED] Urethane Catalyst. The employee then takes off his safety glasses and places them on top of his head. Then he grabs one of the containers and proceeds to open it. During the process of opening the Urethane Catalyst the container had become pressurized due to the heat evaporation of the solvent inside the container so when it was opened the content sprayed out striking the employee in the face & eyes.
