What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] a team member was doing cycle counts and option 4 at [REDACTED] 21. The tm had a stack of blue induction bins that they had put on the corner of a blue tote that was on the ground. When team member walked around the blue bins the blue bins got nudged and fell off the blue tote. This lead to the stack of blue induction bins hitting and scraping the team members left leg and shin. The bins caused bruising and slight swelling on the shin area.
