What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] needed to use an Ejack to rearrange pallets inside her trailer so that the normal pump jack would be able to fit to make her deliveries for the day. There was an Ejack that was plugged in at [REDACTED] next to her. She unplugged the power cord from the unit. The handle was close to the wall with the forks sticking out toward the center of the warehouse. She grabbed the handle to power the unit away from the wall. Instead the unit lurched backward pinning her hand in-between the handle and the conduit on the wall. She released the handle and her hand was still pinned. She forceable removed her hand from the handle. She was wearing insulated rubber gloves that were given out [REDACTED] and they absorbed a lot of the impact on her hand. She told the supervisor [REDACTED] that was with her what happened since it happened really fast. She was given ice and brought to the treatment room. Medcore was called and a tele visit was done before they recommend
