What happened
While attempting to put empty pallets on the trailer the driver turned the pallet jack off until the liftgate came to the full raised position. The driver then reached to turn the EPJ back on when he did the EPJ lurched causing him to lose his balance. He then fell off of the raised liftgate landing on his right side. On the way down his head struck a parked car.
