TM [REDACTED] approached her supervisor around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] to report pain and swelling around her wrist. She couldn 't point to what specifically caused it but thought it was from lifting heavy cases She was instructed to go sit in the Shipping breakroom and apply ice to the area. On a check on the TM after 12mins TM alleged that there was no improvement to the area and that she was in pain.
