Before the incident
TM was preparing to work on the table rounder where they were going to be replacing conduit. TM walked into the Production room with their tools and went to the rounding table station.
What happened
Maintenance mechanic was working on the table rounder wiring. TM disengaged the safety lock TM used a screwdriver to loosen the terminal for the ground wire on the disconnect and proceeded to pull the wire out. TM had their lefthand index finger and thumb on the brown wire when they felt a jolt of electricity. TM turned to leave the area and tripped to the ground.
