Before the incident
Sitting in the passenger seat of the tractor. Codriver pulled up to the fuel island and they started to get out.
What happened
While exiting their vehicle the TM placed right foot on the top step and was reaching for the grab handle on the right side of the door frame when the TMs left foot slipped and right hand came off the handle. TM began to fall forward and placed right hand arm out to protect face and came in contact with the ground.
