Before the incident
TM was going to move another pallet that was blocking the wheat system.
What happened
Maintenance TM fell on top flat cart and injured their lower back while removing a pallet jack from a pallet at the minors room. As the TM removed the pallet jack from under pallet holding a supersack and was walking backwards they stepped back and hit the flat cart with the back of his legs and subsequently falling onto the cart in a sitting motion onto their rear end.
