Before the incident
Prior to incident TM was unloading product from lift gate.
What happened
TM was unloading dough off of the lift gate when he went to unload the 3rd stack of dough the stack started to fall due to him having to off load it at an angle. TM was hugging the stack of dough to unload it when it started to fall TM twisted to the right to catch the dough. When the TM twisted to the right his right knee twisted down and the dough trays struck his knee.
