Employee was helping export pack the [REDACTED]. __While removing the spool from the pallet to lay on the crate base Employee moved the old pallet out of the way and strained his back. The area under the shipping jib crane did not have enough room at the time to get a pallet jack in to move the pallet and replace with the base of the crate so this was done manually by hand.
