[REDACTED] was escorted by public safety from lounge to quiet room. Writer was not involved in transfer from lounge to quiet room. After being placed into quiet room patient became physically and verbally aggressive causing the initiation of a physical safety hold that later led to an ambulatory restraint for transfer to restraint bed. Writer was involved in physical safety hold as well as restraint episodes.
