[R[R[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]ACT[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]]ACT[R[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]ACT[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]]] followed patient by the [R[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]ACT[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]] Rm 40 's towards the exit in the [R[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]ACT[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]]. As patient was passing these rooms [R[R[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]ACT[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]]ACT[R[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]ACT[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]]] called his name and asked him to stop. Patient ran faster towards exit. [R[R[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]ACT[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]]ACT[R[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]ACT[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]]] followed patient out of the emergency door and as patient was exiting [R[R[R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]ACT[R[REDACTED]
