A Process Tech was working with 2 other techs to remove purge that had been leaking and had build up on press #6. They were using crowbars pinch bars and a sawsall to attempt to remove the purge that was blocking clogging a nozzel. At some point the purge can loose the pressure behind the nozzle pushed parts from the press out simultaneously with hot resin and struck one of the tech in his face and covered him in the hot resin on his face neck inside his mouth and his shoulders
