What happened
Athlete was working on [REDACTED]. Dunnage machine ran out and when over to replace. They grabbed the strap on the box and went to tilt the box to break the strap in order to open and reload the machine. As they tipped the box the strap broke and the box started to fall from the edge of the bottom box. Athlete reports that they caught it midair and righted the box. Athlete reported to Supervision that they felt a pull in their back when they caught the box. Athlete was sent to Occ Health and given restrictions and an Rx making this an OSHA recordable event.
