What happened

Cutter 2 operator was performing a changeover. When he went to loosen that bolts that hold the stop in place according to him they were very tight. When the bolt broke loose he hit his wrist on the machine rail. The employee did not tell their supervisor of the incident and worked the rest of the day on [REDACTED]. The employee was not scheduled to work the following 2 days and said his wrist did not bother him. On his next scheduled work day of [REDACTED] he began work at [REDACTED] and his wrist was swollen some. He still did not inform his supervisor and continued to work until around [REDACTED] when his wrist was more swollen and hurting bad. He then informed his supervisor but felt that he could soak his wrist [REDACTED] and it would be fine. At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] his wrist was still swollen and sore so the Safety Manager took him to the clinic to have it checked out.
