On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] an athlete reported a dull stabbing pain in their left knee and lower back. Discomfort was first reported on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] to the safety and health associate. Athlete reported 1-30 the pain has gotten progressively worse since the initial reporting. There has been no reported incidents linked to this injury athlete believes pain came from standing on the concrete floor. The athlete has been taking ibuprofen on their own and using ice alternating with heat since the initial reporting. Athlete was sent to Rosedale Concentra on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. Athlete was prescribed over the counter medication and given restrictions that do not keep the athlete from performing normal duties.
