What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] an athlete was working in IC at [REDACTED] when they hurt their left wrist while bringing a heavy tote down from the 3rd row of their workstation. The athlete stated they were feeling extreme pain and tightness when they flexed their wrist in one direction but not the other direction. At the time the athlete was moved to a different workstation that did not require any lifting or strenuous activities. Safety observed the report in the system at approximately [REDACTED] and went to check on the athlete. The athlete said they were still having severe pain when they moved their wrist in a specific direction but has not had to move their wrist since they were moved to a different workstation. The athlete was sent to Concentra and back to Fanatics via rideshare for further evaluation. The athlete returned at approximately [REDACTED] with a doctor’s note stating it is a strain to their left wrist they may lift push and pull up to 10 pounds occasion
