Before the incident
At approx. [REDACTED] the employee was completing work on the conveyor belt on Line 1. Employee was underneath the belt monitoring the tracking while two other employees on either side were finishing up making adjustments to the tracking to correct the alignment. When employee was exiting from underneath the pan incline belt grabbed his glove and pulled his arm into the take up roller. Witness quickly deenergized the equipment and freed his arm.
