What happened
Associate jammed his right thumb when lifting a pax box article 60214569 in the aisle 313 125 01. Once he was finished labeling the boxes he went to lift them with his left hand and the box slipped hitting his right thumb that he was using to leverage himself by pressing it on the boxes beneath.
Injury or illness
When I was on Planner Desk on 10 08 2023 around 5 40PM associate came and told me that he jammed his finger under the Pax boxes while he was picking up the order. As per the associate his right thumb underneath the box for pressing the box to leverage himself.
