What happened
Associate placed an oblong item on this MHE. As he was adjusting the item on his pallet the motion of him pulling the item caused a sharp pain in his left lower back
Injury or illness
As associate was attempting to adjust the position of an oblong item he placed on his MHE he felt an intense pain in his lower left back. Associate immediately called for help due to the fact the pain was so intense he could not walk. HSandE Supervisor and GM assisted associate before FNDY EMTs were able to arrive and transport for treatment.
