Before the incident
EE was working at the feeder of 1227 press when there was issues with the main pile going all the way down EE lowered the main pile all the way down and stepped down into the main pile area to do adjustments When EE stepped back up to the platform EE hit head on the auxillary bar that was directly above him EE did tell operator and operator asked if he was ok EE stated he hit head hard but was ok [REDACTED] EE got sick and was throwing up Ambulance was called to come get and get checked out to ensure there was no serious head injury 10312023 EE went back to Occupational Health for a follow up Due to EE having vision issues EE was sent to Graystone for evaluation EE has been written out of work until the specialist evaluation
