EE was walking down the steps at [REDACTED] when her foot slipped off the first step down taking her legs from under her and she fell straight on her back on the steps as she slid down to the floor level EE hit her elbow back and her right side EE also complained of her right knee hurting EE also said it hurt to breathe in on her right back side EE received ice therapy initially after incident at her own request After about two hours [REDACTED] EE requested to go to ER to get checked out EE was diagnosed with a fractured rib and back strain
