On the above date and time the above stated employee was asked by management to assist another PIT Operator in completing the loading of [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Said employee notified the employee he was assisting that [REDACTED] to was done being loaded knowing this information the assisted employee took his assigned key and went outside to remove the glad lock and trailer jack stand from [REDACTED] While this step of the trailer securement was being completed two additional employees were asked by management to add additional newsprint product to [REDACTED] When the additional newsprint product was being loaded by the other two employees the above signed observed that it was not properly secured to the trailer for delivery Said employee proceeded to grab a delivery strap to secure the newsprint product for delivery in doing so while the employee was tightening the strap the yard switcher noticed [REDACTED] no longer had a glad lock or a trailer jack stand The yard switcher proceeded
