Before the incident
Employee transported a pallet containing spent iron anodes via a fork truck from another department to a scale located in the weigh up area.
What happened
While trying to pull an iron anode from a drum the anode stuck in the drum. When the employee attempted from drum the sharp edge cut through his glove and cut his finger. The employee was not wearing the proper cut resistant glove that are provided and required to wear.
