Processing mail

nearing the end of my shift after finishing processing the incoming mail my acting supervisor assigned me the task of clearing out and vacuuming our hampers. As I was using the hamper tilter to clear and vacuum the hampers I was bending and reaching into remover leftover dispatch tags and debris from a hamper when I hurt my lower back. I felt pain in my lower back and shooting pain in both legs which got progressively worse after performing this duty. I strained my lower back causing pain in my legs lumbago and sciatica.
