What happened
Clerk was facing on the ADUS in that time she was removing a box from the bottom of the WESTPAK. When she grabbed the box out of the westpak it set the westpak to be unbalanced with smaller parcels inside of it. The westpak fell on the right side of the tilter and hit the right side of her head.
