Pushing the breaker panel out of the [REDACTED] building

On [REDACTED] a crew of Turner warehouse employees were tasked with removing an old breaker panel from the [REDACTED] room storage area. The breaker panel had casters on the bottom but was not able to be rolled out manually a forklift was then used to assist. As the forklift was transitioning from the grade of the building to the grade of the ground the breaker panel shifted east. The breaker cabinet leaned over and contacted a PPE storage cabinet. The Turner employee that was pushing on the east side of the breaker panel left hand was on the edge of the breaker panel. As the breaker contacted the storage cabinet the employee attempted to retract the left hand and received an avulsion laceration to the left index finger.
