Employee was unloading by pulling presort into the building at [REDACTED] in the morning on [REDACTED]. As she was going through the second set of doors at [REDACTED] office she tried turning the orange tub full of presort to get it to the right location. The cage kept moving instead of stopping and ran over the top of her left foot. The clerk should have been pushing the orange bin instead of pulling.
