What happened
RCA was working Amazon [REDACTED] [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. At [REDACTED] he dismounted a package to the front door. On his walk back to the llv he stepped from the walkway to the driveway and there was a sloped gap between the two surfaces and his foot went into it and he appears to have turned his ankle. The homeowner witnessed it and came out to see if he was okay. His symptoms seem to have gotten worse. This happened at approximately [REDACTED]. He returned to the office just before [REDACTED] and reported it to the supervisor.
